Grey Law is a non-profit legal services organization that has been established to provide the highest quality legal information and advice for seniors in Ventura County. We assist individuals and non-profit groups that otherwise have limited access to legal services. Our goal is to help our clients resolve their legal problems, and to help them preserve their independence, hope, and dignity.
The Grey Law office is located at 290 Maple Court Suite 128 in Ventura, CA 93003. BUT that is not where you will go.

What is Grey Law?
Grey Law is a private non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation established to assist seniors in Ventura County

Does Grey Law only help seniors?
Yes, over age 60, resident of Ventura County, to qualify for free legal services

What sort of Cases does Grey Law do?
Grey Law provides information and assistance on government benefits such as Social Security, SSI MediCare, and Medi-Cal. We do long-term care counseling when a spouse or family member may be going into a nursing home. We do consumer matters, Powers of Attorney and Advanced Healthcare Directives.

What sort of cases does Grey Law NOT DO?
We do no criminal cases including DMV. We don't do family law case, including grandparents rights. We won't assist with immigration cases, personal injury cases, bankruptcy or probate cases.

How is Grey Law funded?
We receive funding through the Area Agency on Aging and several of our local Cities including the city of Ventura, Oxnard, and Thousand Oaks
